Wes Donovan is the Principal Broker for Relevate Property Guides. With over 25 years of experience in investment real estate, brokerage and property management, Wes brings a unique perspective. He’s not only the principal broker; he’s also a client so he remains keenly aware of controlling client costs, providing timely answers and maximizing Relevate Property Guides’ value to its owner/investor clients. Although his main responsibilities are ensuring compliance to the property management regulatory environment, keeping up with industry trends and trust accounting, he still keeps an eye on ensuring Relevate Property Guides’ processes and customer service remain top notch. Wes is inspired daily by his family. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, cooking and an occasional bluegrass festival.

Ron Coffman is the Property Manager Executive at Relevate Property Guides. With a broad range of experience, Ron is well-equipped to serve all clients effectively. His journey in Property Management began in 2017, and he has over 20 years of experience in both Customer Service and Construction-related fields. He diligently collaborates with our team to safeguard our clients’ assets while also searching for innovative ways to enhance our client's Customer Relations experience. When Ron is not working, he enjoys fishing, traveling, cooking, attending concerts, watching Phillies baseball, and most of all spending time with his wife and two kids!

Meet Kelly Coffman, our Director of Operations! Kelly has been in the real estate industry since 2006 and a Professional Property Manager since 2015. She oversees our day-to-day operations, focusing on efficient processes that provide top-notch client experiences, while protecting and growing our clients' investments. Kelly loves the collaborative environment at RW Richmond and says we have the best team in the area, hands down. As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, she has had the chance to learn and grow with other Property Management Professionals. Kelly has held leadership roles in the Greater Richmond Chapter of NARPM since 2022, including the President in both 2023 and 2024. When she's not working, Kelly loves creating new memories with her family on adventures, getting lost in the mountains, and finds comfort in a good book and equally enjoyable cup of coffee. Born and raised in Richmond, Tim has spent over a decade helping local property owners buy, lease, and manage real estate investments. As Relevate’s Business Development Manager, he guides new clients through our onboarding process and offers expert insights into successful rental ownership. As an investor himself, he understands what matters most to owners and enjoys helping clients identify their next smart move. Outside of work, Tim is a big nerd at heart and enjoys spending time with his son, playing DnD (Dungeons & Dragons) with friends, traveling, and working out.

Nicol plays a central role in keeping Relevate’s operations running smoothly—both in the field and at our local office. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and property management, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand to some of our most critical work. Nicol oversees property condition reports, manages day-to-day office operations, and acts as a key point of contact when residents or owner clients need in-person support. Whether coordinating logistics or documenting the condition of a home, Nicol is known for her precision, professionalism, and care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and hunting for one-of-a-kind treasures at her favorite thrift spots.

Veronica Saucedo has over a decade of experience in customer service and has been working in property management since 2021. Working with Relevate Property Guides has been the best experience in her career and is looking forward to furthering her education in the Property Management industry. In her free time, Veronica enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys outdoor activities.

Rocío Fuentes is a dedicated and resourceful professional with a background in psychology and extensive experience in property management. As the Compliance Manager and Property Associate at Relevate Property Guides, Rocío ensures that all properties under her care meet regulatory standards and operate smoothly. Her deep understanding of human behavior, coupled with her meticulous attention to detail, allows her to excel in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. Rocío'scommitment to her work is matched by her accountability and reliability, making her a valued member of the Relevate Property Guides team. Outside of her professional life, Rocío loves spending quality time with her family on road trips, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. Her balance of professional dedication and personal fulfillment highlights her as a well-rounded and passionate individual.

David is a key player in Relevate’s leasing operations, working closely with both residents and owner clients to ensure a smooth, transparent rental experience. With a strong understanding of the local rental market, he oversees everything from unit turns and marketing to application review and resident move ins. David approaches his work with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to continuous growth. His goal is always the same: to help owners protect their investments and to guide renters into homes they love. When he's off the clock, you’ll likely find him with his wife and newborn, enjoying good food, listening to (or recording!) music, or playing soccer!

Jason helps renters find their dream home and ensures a smooth path from application to move-in. A skilled tenant screener with a passion for customer service, Jason builds long-term relationships through clear communication and a strong work ethic. He’s detail-oriented, approachable, and committed to helping people feel confident in their decisions. When he's not working, Jason enjoys family time and planning his next vacation.

Rhey is part of our Orange Squad and provides responsive and thoughtful support to residents and owners alike. With a background in customer service and a strong commitment to continuous learning, he takes pride in helping people feel heard and supported. He strives to resolve concerns efficiently, while keeping communication clear and professional. Outside of work, Rhey is family-oriented and loves gaming, music, movies, working out, exploring new places and riding motorcycles and bicycles across the countryside.
