Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect resident who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows landlord resident law and the proper notices to send is critical!

If a resident has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, where we warn of impending actions if rent is not received. If we have a resident that does stop paying rent, we will assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly. For an additional monthly premium, we even offer Rent Default Insurance which will reimburse unpaid rent up to 2x the monthly rate.

We make paying rent easy for residents with the online resident portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage residents to pay online, which means we can pay you out faster.

Our standard lease requires rent to be paid by the first. If rent is not received by the 6th of the month it is considered late and we begin late rent proceedings. We have a zero tolerance policy for non-paying residents and we do all within the bounds of the law to collect rent that is owed.
